  • 150 g grated AOOS kashkaval cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boiling the potatoes:
    Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.
  2. Preparing the mixture:
    Add the egg, AOOS kashkaval cheese, and the seasonings. Add the breadcrumbs to bind the mixture. Mix well until it becomes compact.
