What will you need?

  • Grater
  • Large bowl

Ingredients

  • 400 g AOOS yogurt sauce
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and chopped dill, to taste
  • A little cold water (to dilute to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cucumber preparation:
Peel the cucumber and grate it finely or chop it into very small pieces. If it contains too much water, lightly squeeze it.
  2. Base preparation:
In a bowl, mix the AOOS yogurt sauce with the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and crushed garlic (if using).
  3. Mixing:
Add the cucumber and mix well. If you prefer a thinner version, add a little cold water until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Service:
Serve it chilled, garnished with a little dill on top. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving for extra freshness.
