Ingredients

  • 2 tender zucchinis
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g grated AOOS kashkaval cheese
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons of AOOS butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A little chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Ingredient preparation:
    Grate the zucchinis and let them sit with a little salt for 10 minutes, then gently squeeze to remove excess moisture. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Sautéing:
    In a pan, melt the AOOS butter and sauté the onion until softened. Add the zucchini and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Mixing:
    In a bowl, mix the eggs, AOOS kashkaval cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add the zucchini and gently combine.
  4. Baking:
    Pour the mixture into a baking dish greased with a little butter. Optionally, sprinkle some cheese on top for a crust. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, until golden.
  5. Service:
